Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient substance use disorder program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services.

In the role as an Mental Health Therapist, one would build and maintain an outpatient therapy case load while designing and implementing treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs. Other duties include:

• Maintaining legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements
• Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews
• Following policies and procedures of Nystrom & Associates, Ltd
• Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Due to the current needs, we are ideally seeking an experienced clinician who is comfortable working with adult clients 18+, as well as clients ages 65+ (LICSW or LPs).

Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota and Rule 29 regulations

Unrestricted Minnesota license (LICSW or LP).

Experience with clients ages 65+.
