We are looking for both unlicensed and licensed sales representatives with a passion to help others to join our family-owned Insurance and Financial Services Agency. You will become part of our growing team, working with the brightest and most caring professionals in the business and follow our proven sales system while leading by example, with most in the area earning $80,000 to $120,000 per year and our top performers making about $,200,000 per year.

We Provide:

· OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS- Our products, including life, health, and retirement products to ensure that multiple solutions are offered to every client you meet. We focus on cash value life insurance, annuities, and Medicare Supplements.

WARM CLIENTS- We provide a system that compiles a system of WARM clients. They know what we do and have requested a consult from our team of professionals.

WORLD-CLASS TRAINING- What would you pay for one-on-one training with an agent who has made over $1 million dollars a year for the past few years at other IMO's? For all our agents, training is FREE.

Our Insurance Agents will be responsible for the following:

· Setting Appointments with clients who expressed interest in protecting their families with one of our Top Rated insurance programs. We meet with our clients through online video conferencing services, over the phone, or in person IF the agent chooses to do so .

· Qualifying and completing the initial applications and underwriting requirements for the products and services provided to the client.

· Submitting completed applications to our insurance companies and seeing them through the approval process.

· Providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service to our families in need! Requirements:
· 1- 2 years of Customer Service Experience is preferred
· Willingness and passion to learn.

· Obtain you state Life and Health Insurance licenses (If you do not already possess) . We will provide everything you need to obtain your Life and Health licenses if you do not already posses

· MOST IMPORTANTLY: You possess a desire to help others and put the clients needs first. You must also hold yourself to a high standard and operate with the utmost integrity. Lastly, you enjoy having fun while getting work done!

Pay Range

$80,000 - $120,000 a year

* Customer Service Experience (2+ years Preferred)

* Life Insurance Licenses (Preferred) OR Life and Health licensed
