Job Description
Provide remote support to contracted clients for the desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile phones users work with on a daily basis. Technician must be familiar with Microsoft operating systems in a domain environment and will be responding to support requests via phone, email and in person. Qualifications
- 3 + years of help-desk experience
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting in Windows 7/10, Terminal Server (RDP), Printer Hardware, MS Office
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Understanding of firewalls and routers, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, and Wireless, especially SonicWall
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, in a professional manner.
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available to work after hour emergencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certifications like A+, Network+, Security+
- Associate degree or higher
- Familiar with Mac
