Job Description

Provide remote support to contracted clients for the desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile phones users work with on a daily basis. Technician must be familiar with Microsoft operating systems in a domain environment and will be responding to support requests via phone, email and in person. Qualifications

  • 3 + years of help-desk experience
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting in Windows 7/10, Terminal Server (RDP), Printer Hardware, MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Understanding of firewalls and routers, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, and Wireless, especially SonicWall
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available to work after hour emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications like A+, Network+, Security+
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Familiar with Mac

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
