Job Description

Legal Secretary (Transactional Real Estate) – Orange County

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years experience as a legal secretary, typing speed of 70+ wpm, proficiency with Microsoft Word (including styles) and Microsoft Outlook, strong administrative, organizational and tracking skills with an eye for detail, excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills, a self-starter who is pro-active, resourceful and has the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
