Legal Intake Specialist - Team Lead

LaBovick Law Group is an AV-rated multi-specialty Plaintiff's firm with a team of Warriors who are driven to maximizing justice for our clients, but it all starts with our Intake Team who is passionate to hear each person's story, and quickly determine how we can best serve these individuals, then quickly getting them signed up and into the hands of our expert legal team.
Compensation: starting at $15/hr, plus a generous commission structure
Applicants must be willing to commute to our main office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Compensation: $15 hourly + commission
Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from those looking for legal help.
• Outbound contact to follow up on various types of electronic inquiries/leads.
• Listen to the story of our callers
• Determine how we can best assist each caller
• Take action to help the caller in the best way possible
• Electronically sign up new clients.
• Transfer new clients to the case management system.
• Ensure our Caller Experience is second to none, even if we can't help them.

Qualifications:

• MUST be Fluent in Spanish
• Enjoy speaking to people
• Ability to connect with and lead others to be successful
• Passion to help those who are or have been injured
• Empathetic, professional, and courteous phone communication
• Keen attention to detail in the collection of information
• Meticulous and conscientious in work product
• Confident in making quick decisions
• Ability to utilize resources or seeking assistance quickly, when needed
• Prior law firm experience a huge plus
