Job MissionUS Legal is a small but versatile, core group of in-house lawyers, supported by a network of trusted outside lawyers. We combine a passion for the law with experience and insights to advise the company on a wide range of legal and business issues, including commercial transactions (customer and suppliers), compliance and regulatory management, risk mitigation, employee issues, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, diversity and inclusion, litigation, dispute resolution, and crisis management. We support and partner with a large number of stakeholders across the US businesses, sectors, and functions.
Job Description- Provide legal advice and support on procurement and customer related matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, resolving disputes, advising internal stakeholders, and providing day-to-day counsel and advice.
- Assist in compliance, regulatory and governmental affairs, including implementing and enforcing company-wide compliance initiatives
- Assist in crisis management and US Management Team initiatives, including COVID-19 related rules and regulations.
- Provide support on other legal matters and projects, initiatives and transactions as needed.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a State Bar
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with a major law firm and/or as in-house counsel with focus on commercial transactions.
- International mindset and enjoys working as part of a global team.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively and skillfully with colleagues, clients and external counsel, both orally and in writing.
- Productive and self-reliant with an ability to work efficiently and handle multiple high priority matters at any given time.

- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
