The Leasing specialist at a journeyman level shall document project statuses from staff and assist, track and consolidate both reoccurring and impromptu tasks and inquiries specifically related to the Leasing Branches.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize all leases, Memoranda of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), Interagency Acquisition Agreements (IAA) and management related documents and artifacts for all USBP and AMO facilities.
- Coordinate with the leasing specialist on all General Services Administration (GSA) lease agreements, direct lease agreements, MOA/MOU, IAA and other relevant documents to ensure the documentation is loaded properly into the systems of record (i.e. TRIRIGA and SharePoint, or their replacements) and the data is loaded into the proper fields
Supervisory/Management Authority:
- This position will/will not have supervisory or management authority
Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Five minimum years of related experience; preferably in a federal setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Utilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to obtain a Clearance or Common Access Card (CAC)
- The ability to successfully pass a drug screen and a federal background check is mandatory
Work Environment:
- This position is primarily performed in a secured federal office setting, a controlled office environment as well as working outside in a job site environment.
