Job Description:

The Leasing and Marketing Manager is an indispensable player affiliated with our on-site marketing and operations efforts. Collaborating with the Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and corporate marketing team, the Leasing and Marketing Manager helps execute the marketing, leasing, and social media vision for their property.

Required Job Skills:
  • Research - Conducting research on new market communities for budgeting and operations purposes.
  • Sales and Prospect Management – Ability to establish a relationship, identify prospect needs, sell around individual needs, close the prospect and turn them into a resident.
  • Marketing Planning – Aid in the execution of the annual marketing plan, responsible for conducting leasing activities. Assist in branding the overall property through cutting-edge marketing campaigns and on-campus promotional events.
  • Lease Management – Responsible for achieving occupancy goals of the property through managing various initiatives, campaigns, programs and events.
  • Social Media – Use social media tools to increase exposure, gain brand awareness and create client loyalty.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality
  • High energy and a strong desire to be innovative in the student housing industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends
