JOB TITLE: Leasing Agent
REPORTS TO: Property Manager and/or Director of Operations
POSITION PURPOSE
The Leasing Agent will occupy and oversee the premises of the property/ Apartments to ensure 100% leased and collected.
The Leasing Agent will support the Property Manager as needed, ensuring that the building is adequately maintained by overseeing the completion of vendor’s and/or maintenance.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep the property fully leased, neat/clean and organized.
Attention to detail and follow up is key!
Leasing/Tenant Management:
- Leasing to ensure that the property remains 100% occupied. Document all prospect and residents’ contact, requests and key information. Show the units and follow up on showings.
- Run applications, complete the lease agreements through to contract execution and move in.
- Management of the rent collection process, ensuring rents are collected and deposited timely, per Reynolds Realty Advisors procedures
- Management of collections for all delinquents through to payment
- Maintains the accounting/operating system data ensuring all information is loaded and accurate, within AppFolio
- Keeps accurate, complete, and timely records and report relevant information to RRA
- Occupy and oversee the apartment complex premises during office hours and when the office is closed, on call
PROPERTY MANAGER SUPPORT:
- Manage and oversee the maintenance for the common area, unit repairs and turn overs as completed by the RRA maintenance and/or vendors
- Schedule all work to be completed at the property and ensure that work orders are completed as required and all information is maintained with in AppFolio
- Contact service providers should there be a lapse in service and/or follow up on all puchlist items to be completed, as needed
- Create, updated and close out all maintenance work orders, same or next day that the work was completed
- Report any issues and/or concerns to Management
- Report any quotes that need approval
- Close the loop on all maintenance related items through emails/text or calls to maintenance, management and/or owners, as appropriate, on the items in question.
COMPLIANCE:
- Ensure resident’s confidentiality according to Reynolds Realty Advisors policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of and compliance with Reynolds Realty Advisors policies and procedures, maintaining all RRA information as confidential.
- Complete all training, as required, to ensure compliance in all areas of property management
- Keep the grounds clean, walk the property daily and address any issues through work orders as needed.
- As a result of random and scheduled property inspections, address any items from your inspections and that of RRA management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
