Draper and Kramer is looking for a Lease Renewal Coordinator who will be responsible for handling all renewals for a busy Bronzeville leasing office. This full-time position is Tuesday-Saturday.Responsibilities:

Draper and Kramer is looking for a Lease Renewal Coordinator who will be responsible for handling all renewals for a busy Bronzeville leasing office. This full-time position is Tuesday-Saturday.Responsibilities:
- Complete all aspects of resident lease renewals in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Handle all correspondence regarding lease renewal options and vacate notices, including but not limited to phone calls, letters, emails, and in-person meetings regarding the lease renewal process
- Provide outstanding customer service to all residents
- Maintain detailed and accurate confidential records
- Ensure lease files are complete and being executed properly with proper documentation for approval in an efficient and expedient manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current rental rates, lease terms, competitor pricing, current market conditions, and all community policies and procedures.
- Work with the Leasing Director and Resident Relations Coordinator to develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program.
- Conduct all business in, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartment industry.
- Perform other duties and assignments as needed by the Leasing Director or Property Manager
- Direct knowledge of the lease renewal process with experience discussing and negotiating renewals
- Illinois leasing license or be able to obtain within 120 days from date of hire
- Knowledge of CRM/YieldStar renewal processes and Blue Moon
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
