Learning Specialist
Are you a Learning and Development professional who can instruct participants in both classroom and distance learning programs, as well as develop and maintain blended curriculum and supporting documentation for instructor-led courses?

You will:
- Build and facilitate training programs to train company personnel on systems, requirements, and processes
- Innovate and improve learning solutions through collaborative design and delivery
- Engage with Training Team, Leadership and Quality Assurance to develop and implement training tools
- Create learning programs with appropriate and engaging instructional materials
- Interface with compliance to ensure changes, escalated issues and complex solutions are properly incorporated into training
You have:
- Working knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and a high level of attention to detail, process, and organization
- Experience with software instruction and a high proficiency with technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate courtesy, tact and professionalism
- A working knowledge of disability management and FMLA, case management
- Intermediate level computer skills using Office 2013 and experience with Learning Management Systems
- Minimum 2 years training experience, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Trainer Certification preferred
Location & Vaccination Requirements:
- Remote – WFH flexibility
- This position may be remote or in an office location and requires travel to campus locations and in-person company sponsored events.
- Covid – 19 vaccinations required for this position.
- Any offer of employment will be contingent upon the candidate’s affirmation of being Fully Vaccinated prior to commencing employment in the new role. New hires will have five business days from their start date to provide proof of vaccination through our Vaccination Status Confirmation Form. “Fully Vaccinated” means that at least two weeks have elapsed since you received the recommended number of doses of any COVID-19 vaccine that is currently fully approved, or authorized for emergency use, by the Food and Drug Administration or that have been listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization.
