Job Description
Our Learning & Development team is looking for an individual who knows their stuff and can speak it. We are developing a multi-platform learning experience for our teams and creating proprietary materials and sourcing others to create a culture of development, growth, and inclusion.
General day-to-day duties include maintaining assignments and resources, mixed with working across departments to help bring company training needs into focus. Alongside this is the opportunity to work with us on training events, live broadcasts, and be also be involved in the creation and production process where you can hone your skills and reach your potential.

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain digital libraries of user/training records, learning content/assignments, policies, and procedures
- Maintain distribution lists, reports, and metrics
- Collate and report on training evaluations
- Update and distribute standard communications to various internal audiences
- Assist in inviting, scheduling, and producing training and broadcast events
- Conduct research on various topics as requested
- Test and evaluate software and learning content
- Assist with loading, creating, and retiring materials in learning platforms
- Provide helpdesk support for LMS users, answering questions and providing resources
- Assist with content creation (documents, presentations, video editing, and e-learning objects)
- Participate in the intake of requests and assess project parameters
- Training event support
- Support L&D’s goals to drive the organizational development of the business
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Manager and the wider team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- High School Diploma or GED (2-year degree or above preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, and other productivity applications
- General understanding of L&D and training/adult education activities
- Top-level Google-fu and discernment in research and sourcing information
Working Environment:
- Office-based (SLC) with possible travel to branches (<2 weeks per year)
