The Manager of Learning Community and Policies will work with the Director of Learning Experience & Innovation in the Global Learning & Leadership Development COE (Center of Excellence). This role will be accountable for helping to build and facilitate the community of associates at Coca-Cola tasked with the design, development, and delivery of associate professional development. You will help evangelize our Learning Best Practices as the Learning Design center of excellence with this community, as well as helping to define and shape the Governance around related learning processes and content and vendor strategy. This role will also be the owner of select Learning Programs such as Educational Assistance. Additionally, the role will work with multiple stakeholders across the organization in the implementation and realization of these learning design strategies globally. The successful candidate will have experience developing learning communities globally and embraces technology.
What You’ll Do for Us:
Develop and implement scalable learning professional “community” at Coca-Cola globally as well as develop programs and resources to facilitate continuous learning.
Identify core competency needs and gaps across the system and develop plan to address the key opportunities in capability. Use data and analytics to target where to best leverage strategic resources in order to facilitate consistent employee learning experience.
Create and nurture a connected community of global capability leads across the organization while providing global stewardship to enhance local execution; build a thriving network that can share, learn and scale best practices to drive growth in our people and our business. As well as leading and defining a content governance strategy
In strong partnership with strategy and the Operating Units, build a learning organization which attracts top talent as a place to come and grow through best-in-class, unique and memorable experiences (ranging from recruitment, on-boarding, development, and retention of our talent).
Help lead and define learning vendor strategy as it relates to the ability to deliver on future-focused consistent learning experience for associates as we build into a continuous learning culture around the new Career Development Framework.
Own the Education Assistance Policy / Program and provide thought leadership in capability development, by learning from within and outside Coca-Cola. Have a strong bias to transition learning to implementation.
Partner with other functional capabilities teams and provide support and thought leadership for enterprise capability initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, Organizational Development, Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
5+ years professional experience and the ability to show talent and organizational development with a global organization.
Demonstrated experience in competency modeling and how to implement on a global scale.
Leadership and management experience, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
Proven ability to set strategy and drive execution through Instructional Design, curriculum design, material development, adult learning, instructional strategies and methods.
Experience building finance talent capabilities and strategic talent planning.
Digitally fluent: data visualization, digital literacy/dexterity
Implemented change management / transformation in a global organization or consulting environment.
Exceptional problem solving, process mindset and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Proven ability to coach, influence and facilitate learnings across all levels of an organization
Outstanding ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working closely with senior leaders.
Prior online, social community building via tools like Yammer, MS Teams, would be helpful
Strong understanding of virtual community and advocacy building
