The Center Director leads the charge by driving marketing, sales, and business development initiatives; managing and developing staff; and overseeing operations of the K-12 Learning Center. The Center Director grows our student and family relationships, builds a culture of exceptional customer service, and ensures we are the premier tutoring and test prep service in the Minnesota.

As Center Director, your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring that each student in your center has an exceptional and successful experience at Huntington.
- Full responsibility for managing and overseeing center P&L.
- Directing the sales process of new and potential student enrollments.
- Marketing Huntington tutoring and test prep services to schools and your surrounding community.
- Leading, developing, and motivating center staff through daily and weekly meetings.
- Monitoring and tracking center performance, revenues, expenses, and fee collection.
- Providing optimal customer service leads to student success and high retention rates.
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with teachers, guidance counselors, athletic coaches, local businesses, parent/teacher associations, and other community organizations that will foster a broad awareness of our brand and services.
- Demonstrating a high level of staff morale and spirit.
For success, you should have the following:
- 4-year degree.
- Strong direct service sales ability.
- Management experience with P&L oversight is required.
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and compassion for helping children achieve their academic goals.
- Customer service mindset and driven to ensure our students' time at Huntington is memorable.
- Self-motivation, confidence, and initiative.
- Collaborative approach and focus on team building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Experience in education or educational sales a plus, but not required.
