The Team

The Learning Experience Enablement Chapter within our PI Learning team supports the digital learning platforms and learning analytics of the PI organization. The Business Analyst works within an agile framework, is embedded as a squad member, and clearly communicates business impact insights about learning program and learner performance. The Analyst supports the needs of the PI Learning squads, works closely with internal performance consultants, learning architects, and internal subject matter experts to measure the outcomes of learning experiences.

The Expertise You Have

  • 3+ years combined experience in business analysis & insights, data visualization, and project management in a corporate setting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience

  • Effective communication and relationship building experience

  • Proven data analysis and data visualization experience

  • Structured Query Language (SQL), Python and/or R experience

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • You’re phenomenal at prioritizing multiple, sophisticated projects with frequently changing priorities.

  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, requirements gathering, and digital learning platforms.

  • Ability to build trust with all leaders and associates while understanding and resolving technical issues.

The Value You Deliver

  • Collaborating with others within the chapters and squads to drive data analysis/insights and results across the Personal Investing organization.

  • Consulting with business partners, including senior leaders, on ways to improve learning experience technology and business outcomes through data analysis and visualization strategies.

  • Leading the service delivery and problem resolution process of learning technology architecture and digital learning platforms through agile practices.

  • Supporting a stable learning environment that makes learning simple, intuitive, and effective.

  • Researching new technology and techniques and influencing digital platform adoption across the team.

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in Colorado only:

$70,000 - $125,000

This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
