The Learn to Swim Instructor will provide learn to swim and water safety programs at Champions Club. This is accomplished by teaching learn to swim and water safety programs; interacting with citizens, volunteers, City officials, employees and the general public. Other duties will include providing support to the Recreation Division.
- Safety: Ensures the overall safety, health and welfare of all individuals participating in programming and using the recreation facilities and services of the City. Ensures the safety of subordinate staff and ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Champions Club Operations: Teaches all learn to swim and water safety programs.
- Customer Focus: Exhibits a commitment to delighting customers by providing an exceptional customer experience. Understands and applies the principles of quality customer service by responding promptly to customer needs and requests. Seeks to understand customers' circumstances, problems, expectations and needs.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Develops and maintains cooperative and professional relationships with employees and all levels of management to include representatives from other departments and organizations. Handles all interactions with poise, tact, and diplomacy and in a confidential manner.
- Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00pm - 7:00pm & Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
