Key Role:
Leverage leadership development program management expertise to provide strategy to administration management of the full portfolio of Leadership Solutions, including Executive Coaching, Virtual Leadership Coaching, and Team Solutions and Mentoring. Serve as a direct point of contact with senior business leaders to consult and counsel on leadership solutions offerings. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders that enhance the Leadership Solutions brand. Implement and market a digital coaching platform that scales coaching services to broader levels of leadership within the firm. Manage vendor relationship and maximize ROI for the firm through vendor coordination, negotiation, and implementation. Work collaboratively across internal corporate partners, including Executive Talent Management, to identify synergies in leadership development opportunities, including connecting leadership performance feedback into annual coaching strategy planning. Establish and track progress against key metrics to show impact of and continuously improve offerings and confidently and rigorously use data and business needs to evolve offerings. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Executive Development, or Program Management in a global, matrixed organization
5+ years of experience with program management, including working cross-functionally, tracking budgets, and following through with action items
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
Ability to effectively assess and diagnose business needs and develop impactful solutions
Ability to respond to rapidly changing demands, priorities, and business needs
Ability to organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with designing and employing data and feedback driven solutions
Experience with Smartsheet and Workday, including Workday Mentoring or Workday LMS
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations briefed to senior leaders
Possession of excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or Behavior, or other Human Resources, Business Management, HR, or Education-related field
International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Executive Coach, ACC, PCC or MCC Certification
