TRC serves a broad range of clients in industry and government, implementing complex projects from initial concept to delivery and operation.
TRC is looking for a qualified Field Lead – Pre Inspection Onboarding professional to join our team. This position will be working in our San Ramon office as a part of a growing team to support our client base.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
- General support to program/project managers across the San Ramon office with concentration to our growing utility client program/projects.
- Assist with onboarding and facilitating new hire activities to ensure a positive experience for employee and client.
- Act as a liaison between field staff, project/program managers, and other TRC staff.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to think proactively.
- Manage multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple schedules, equipment orders/delivery, subcontractor and laboratory communication and protocols.
- General support for maintaining quality assurance/quality control of all active projects.
- Assist in the organization, attend and participate in meetings as required.
- Program administration including the proper capture and filing of all project documentation including, invoices, meeting minutes, project deliverables and communications.
- Perform other special projects or duties as assigned.
- Project safety, demonstrating safety is a priority via safety leadership, adherence to TRC and client safety policies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate adaptability by being capable of performing a wide variety of tasks and being able to change focus quickly as demands change in an ever-changing environment.
- Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills to solve both simple and complex problems.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work within a team and work independently
- Detail-oriented
