Job Description
The Lead Strategic Pricing Manager position is a high-profile position responsible for developing pricing and offers for the consumer AT&T broadband product line. This position will help drive pricing, retention, and acquisition decisions that help shape the future of copper and fiber. You will be responsible for building financial and gross add models using sound assumptions grounded in analysis of trends, seasonality, competitive responses in the marketplace and confidential knowledge of future events such as pricing changes and product launches.In addition, you will be working closely with the broadband product team, acquisition, marketing, and retention teams to help deliver new product features, offers, and strategies for our broadband products. Lastly, the preferred candidate will be able to translate their excel models and prepare and communicate it to multiple levels from peers to executives.A successful background includes:

- 7+ years’ analytical experience in a Marketing or Finance role
- Strong computer modeling techniques, expert level Excel skills a plus
- Solid communication skills with experience developing Executive presentations
- Understanding of broadband industry and key operating metrics
- Ability to distill and communicate findings into concise language and draw fact-based conclusions and recommendations
- Ability to articulate needs and influence changes in multiple external and internal groups, through the use of data-driven analyses
- Collaborative working style, strong listening skills, with ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints into discussion and decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or related field preferred
- Prior experience presenting to senior leadership desired
