Lead Software Developer

Overview: i3 is seeking a driven Lead Software developer to help spearhead the development of an Integrated Field Hospital utilizing emerging technologies and cloud solutions. These efforts will be in support of an initiative to upgrade and solve technical challenges that will facilitate medical advancements and patient care for the entire U.S Army Medical community.
The i3 team is looking for a motivated mentor and servant leader to validate software, mentor and collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices ensuring a high-quality standard. You will need to will be familiar with multiple tools including NuGet, SQL, Azure Development Ops, Android Studio and Node.js. You will help lead Agile sprint teams in designing and implementing software, create and update software designs, and coordinate with a network operations team to deploy and test code early and often.
This position is located in Huntsville, AL.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Software Development or similar experience with a BS degree.
• Knowledge of C#
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of Python/Bash/Batch
• Android Development
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Clearance

Preferred Experience:

• .Net for Console & Web Development
• Android Studio
• MVVM Model-View-View-Model / MVC
• ASP.net
• Experience with Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, or React.
• Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence Experience.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization Deployment.
