Job Overview:


We are looking for a Shipping, Logistics & Operations Coordinator to oversee and maintain operations at the cleaning facility in Hamilton, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Train new employees.
  • Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
. Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task on a regular basis
  • Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to manage and analyze data
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work with all levels of company staff
  • Background in warehouse management or supply chain preferred
