Job Description

The Lead Room Inspector is responsible for inspecting the guestrooms and public areas to ensure that they meet standards of cleanliness, communicating needs or errors to Housekeeping staff. Inspect guestrooms for maintenance repairs. Follow through on guest complaints and requests regarding room services and ensure the appropriate follow-up with guests. Communicate with alternate shift housekeepers of rooms to be cleaned and special requests. Complete all other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
  • Minimum 6 months previous housekeeping experience required.
  • Experienced in scheduling and budgeting department according to occupancy.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
