Lead Pool Installer/Technician

Clinton Pool Tech is expanding and is currently looking for a dedicated Pool Installation Crew Leader to join our team.

The position requires:

• operation and maintenance of swimming pools, including chemistry/balancing of water and understanding pool equipment (chlorinators, pumps, circulation, filters, timers)
• procedures and regulations for proper handling and storage of materials
• Pool Openings/Closings/Cleanings
• MUST HAVE At least 1 year experience constructing in-ground and above-ground swimming pools with extensive knowledge in the following areas: swimming pool layout, calculating site grades, excavation, fiberglass pool placement and plumbing, pool wall/vinyl liner installation, concrete, electrical and pool bottom preparation and installation. Willing to train the right candidate(s).
• Unloading Delivery Trucks
• Delivering Chemicals to customers

The technician should be able to maintain a professional attitude while striving to surpass customer's expectations when servicing their pool. Hours will be Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work.

Skills required:

• strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
• must be able to lift 50 pounds
• ability to work independently with little supervision
• strong organizational and excellent time management skills

Additional requirements:

• valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• drug free
• high school diploma or equivalent
• CPO certified is preferred, but not required
• previous experience as a pool service technician/installer is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
