We are looking for an individual to join our Network Implementations Analytics team who is excited to analyze data, build and support insightful Power Bi Dashboards, and support recurring and ad-hoc reporting activities for a fast-paced highly visible team.

As a Lead Operations Analyst you will be responsible for completing and supporting excel based reporting, as well as building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI along with providing analytical insights. Additionally, the role will be responsible for building and maintaining power apps. You will be an integral part of the analytics team, understanding and solving business problems with reporting and analytic solutions.

• Analyze data to provide meaningful insights. This individual must have strong data manipulation and interpretation skills
• Create PowerPoint presentations to help illustrate data in ways that are appropriate and easy for stakeholders to understand
• Clearly communicate analysis and complex concepts to non-technical audiences orally and verbally
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
• Ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of solutions
• Perform ad hoc and recurring reporting and analysis as needed
• Collaborate with teammates to support needs creatively to provide appropriate insights to the business
• Create Power BI dashboards providing key metrics and analytics which support strategic objectives with little to no oversight
• Conduct data analysis, build models and reports, and identify key insights that can help solve business problems
• Collaborate with project teams to synthesize findings and develop data-driven narratives and strategies
• Create and manage data views in Oracle DBMS, including ETL work
• Create and manage dataflows in the Power BI environment
• Create and maintain python scripts for automated reporting, API, predictive modeling, and data analysis

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications
• 2+ Years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ Years’ practical work experience with Power BI & DAX required at an advanced level (Tableau and Qlik a plus)
• Advanced Power Automate (Flow) / Power Apps in both Model-Driven and Canvas Driven apps using Oracle Databases and Data verse and embedded Power Apps / Power BI / SharePoint development
• 5+ Years’ experience building SQL queries at an intermediate to the advanced skill level required
• 3+ Years in Database Development
• Efficient time management skills
• Must possess strong communication and relationship development skills
• Ability to manipulate and summarize large data sets
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; Critical thinker
• Experience in defining business requirements - prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis
• Comfortable reaching out to domain experts to seek the knowledge you need
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Able to draw conclusions from research and analysis and determine next steps and course of action
• Telecom industry experience preferred
• Salesforce.com dashboard development and report development experience preferred
• Oracle DBMS / SQL Server / Python / R

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
