Job Description

Huckabee is seeking applicants for Lead Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Office Director while managing administrative responsibilities, facility operations, and will uphold Huckabee culture by greeting guest in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with project teams to develop project specification manuals
  • Open and close office, and welcome visitors upon arrival
  • Answer, screen, and act upon phone calls as appropriate
  • Assist with scheduling and maintenance of Huckabee vehicles and rental cars
  • Provide administrative support to project leadership
  • Act as office liaison to building management company and point of contact for office administrative and facility related issues
  • Coordinate office security, emergency procedure training, and designate floor wardens
  • Maintain coffee machines and service areas
  • Prepare, setup/breakdown, and clean before and after office lunches, meetings, and events
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two years of college or business school
  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience in a professional services environment
  • Advanced MSOffice skills required and knowledge of general administrative protocols
  • Bluebeam experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exhibit a can-do attitude and remain positive under pressure
  • Professional appearance
