Job Description

ATHLETIX is a boutique Physical Therapy clinic servicing the Miami area. We strive to provide the most elite quality of care to the athletic population, with an emphasis on manual therapy, sport-specific rehab and extensive individualized attention.

The appropriate candidate must be capable of juggling multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining composure and delivering outstanding client care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • LEADING PERSONNEL
  • Weekly training of front office personnel
  • Daily/Weekly Audits
  • Ensuring all daily tasks are handled
  • LEADING CLINIC OPERATIONS
  • Maintaining an orderly clinic, equipment is up to date, in good working condition
  • Auditing clinic calendar and making sure all payments are collected
  • Liaison for the Clinic Manager
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival
  • ADMIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phones
  • Scheduling patients for the proper appointment ensuring calendar is up to date and accurate
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and DR’s
  • Manage a call list of potential new clinic clients paying close attention to detail on follow up notes
  • Be comfortable in selling our services to both current and new clients
  • Verify benefits with insurance companies
  • Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized
  • Recap weekly activities to management
  • When needed attend business meetings to take notes and stay informed on roles and responsibilities
  • Preparing new patient packages in advance of appointments and guiding patients on completing accurately
  • Order approved office supplies when needed
  • Protects patient confidentiality by making sure protected health informations secured by not leaving patient files in plain site and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ Years medical office experience
  • 100% Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
  • Have a passion for the fitness industry
  • Professional appearance and self presentation; candidate must uphold the core values of the brand
  • Sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, extroverted, outgoing, can do attitude and charismatic personality in order to engage with all clients
  • Ability to communicate a passion for the ATHLETIX brand and inspire the same enthusiasm in our clients
  • Have attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in business administration (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
