ATHLETIX is a boutique Physical Therapy clinic servicing the Miami area. We strive to provide the most elite quality of care to the athletic population, with an emphasis on manual therapy, sport-specific rehab and extensive individualized attention.
The appropriate candidate must be capable of juggling multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining composure and delivering outstanding client care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- LEADING PERSONNEL
- Weekly training of front office personnel
- Daily/Weekly Audits
- Ensuring all daily tasks are handled
- LEADING CLINIC OPERATIONS
- Maintaining an orderly clinic, equipment is up to date, in good working condition
- Auditing clinic calendar and making sure all payments are collected
- Liaison for the Clinic Manager
- Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival
- ADMIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
- Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phones
- Scheduling patients for the proper appointment ensuring calendar is up to date and accurate
- Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and DR’s
- Manage a call list of potential new clinic clients paying close attention to detail on follow up notes
- Be comfortable in selling our services to both current and new clients
- Verify benefits with insurance companies
- Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Recap weekly activities to management
- When needed attend business meetings to take notes and stay informed on roles and responsibilities
- Preparing new patient packages in advance of appointments and guiding patients on completing accurately
- Order approved office supplies when needed
- Protects patient confidentiality by making sure protected health informations secured by not leaving patient files in plain site and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ Years medical office experience
- 100% Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
- Have a passion for the fitness industry
- Professional appearance and self presentation; candidate must uphold the core values of the brand
- Sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, extroverted, outgoing, can do attitude and charismatic personality in order to engage with all clients
- Ability to communicate a passion for the ATHLETIX brand and inspire the same enthusiasm in our clients
- Have attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in business administration (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
