Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in janitorial cleaning
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Able to effectively manage others with courtesy and respect
  • Possesses a strong attention to detail
  • Works efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Management Certificate in Green Cleaning preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must pass background check and reasonable driving record, have reliable transportation, DEPENDABLE, honest, hardworking and punctual.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment caring for customers and having pride for a job well done.

Job Duties:

Oversee janitorial staff, as well as perform all cleaning of buildings included but not limited to:

  • Preparation of cleaning solutions according to specifications.
  • Use of prepared solutions to provide general cleaning services including trash removal, cleaning of windows and glass partitions, dusting of furniture, walls, machines and equipment, and polishing of furniture and fixtures.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking for hazards.
  • Identify and notify Site Supervisor of any necessary major repairs or additions to building operating systems, supplies and/or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
  • Ensure cleanliness of floors using a variety of methods including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam-clean or shampooing.
  • May also provide non-routine maintenance of flooring including stripping, sealing, finishing and polishing of floors.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to cover for absences and provide project services to meet contract requirements.
  • Adhere to and follow all safety and policy requirements of DetailXPerts and abide by Contract rules and regulations.
  • Perform administrative functions; payroll, document submittals, inspections and other administrative task functions, as needed.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, build trust and grow our client base by providing exceptional customer service with each service.
