This is a full-time salaried position with benefits reporting to the Communications Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Self-led.
- Able to design within brand guidelines and ensures protection of the TC Brand through consistent usage in all artworks and among teams.
- Work within a project management software. We use Asana.
- A solid creative process to produce content for sermon series, social media, merch, signage, etc.
- Can reformat graphics to different dimensions and screen types while keeping the design details consistent to the original.
- Ability to create and prep files for print. Print projects could range from postcards, t-shirts, die-cut stickers, building signage, feather flags, window/wall clings, stage design, etc.
- Time management and the ability to prioritize task load.
- Communication skills: can converse in a professional manner consistently.
- Photography and web design experience is a huge plus but not required.

- Computer/Technical Skills: Solid experience with Adobe Suite, In Design, Mail Chimp, and Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Ability to learn new development and editing software.
Qualifications: The successful individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: Associate degree in Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field with three years design and project management experience preferred.
Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and involved correspondence. Ability to write clearly and concisely, can effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates and Licenses: CPR/AED Certification may be required (provided by Transformation Church).
Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees servant leaders.
