Lead Generation Event Specialist

Be a part of our growth as an Event Lead Generation Specialist!

You will earn a starting hourly base of $23/hour plus UNCAPPED MONTHLY BONUSES. Last month, 50% of our Lead Generators average earnings were between $28 - $35 per hour.

We are looking for well-spoken, energetic Lead Generators to explain Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet products and services to homeowners visiting Costco warehouses and events throughout Western Oregon area and the SW Washington area.

As a lead generation position, this role requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections and keep a positive attitude. A very independent position, Lead Generators travel to and from events with setup items occasionally, so reliable transportation is required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Represent Gutter Helmet Brand at Costco and Events around Western Oregon area and the SW Washington area. Proactively engage with prospective customers and schedule complementary in-home estimates with a Harry Helmet consultant
• Be the eyes and ears of the territory, communicating to Regional Event Manager as to trends that they are seeing in the community or warehouse
• Look for additional event opportunities outside of show & events and Costco within the region
• Assist in hiring process of new lead generators
• Act as a mentor to new lead generators providing hands on training and/or remote learning
• Assist Regional Event Manager in areas outside of lead generation as needed
• Must set a weekly minimum of 12 – 15 appointments, with less than a 20% cancellation rate
• Conversion rate of appointment to sales should not be less than 30%

WHO YOU ARE

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
• 2 years lead generation experience required; some sales experience preferred
• Self-Motivated/Driven
• Performance Motivated
• Positive, “Can Do” Attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to represent company in a professional manner
• Willingness to learn and grow and be a part of a team

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Enthusiastic attitude and the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
• Be able to work weekends and additional days during the week.
