Lead Driver

Job Summary

Transports patients from place of origin to the appointments in a courteous and timely manner. Position requires a high commitment to service excellence.

Some of the Daily Task:

• Confirm patients the day prior to the appointment and notify patient with approximate pick-up time.
• Pick up and return of patients as per schedule.
• Stays in contact with the office to report any change in schedule including any patient cancellations.
• Assist patients to get in and out of the vehicle.
• Assist patients with wheelchair.
