Are you an experienced FedEx Ground driver looking for a new opportunity?

We are a FedEx Ground contractor in the Cincinnati area looking for a lead driver to join our great team. As a lead driver you are responsible for the safe and timely handling and delivery of packages to businesses and residential areas. Lead drivers must also be equipped to train new drivers and adapt to new service areas as necessary.

Lead Driver Responsibilities

• Leverage your FedEx experience to help management maintain great service and safety
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service
• Train and mentor new drivers
• Develop a good understanding and familiarity of all routes
• Work with management to identify and resolve issues
• Must maintain positive relationships with station management, ownership and other team members

Lead Driver Requirements

• MUST have FedEx Ground experience (2 years preferred)
• MUST be a good communicator with ability to work well with others
• Good work history

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $170.00 per day
