PVH has embarked upon building an “Enterprise Data Platform” (PDP), a world class ecosystem secure enterprise data repository to manage all types of data for consumption across PVH to ultimately unlock business value through hindsight’s, insights & foresights. In your new role within the EDA (Enterprise Data & Analytics) team, you will have the opportunity to address Greenfield opportunities to apply reporting, analytics, data science and machine learning towards e2e analytic capabilities.
Our view of analytics spans across the enterprise including internal and external sources leading to delivery of data insights that help inform, optimize and automate the decision-making process.

As a part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, the Lead, Business Intelligence Solutions drives work through the lens of data & analytics and supports business users in integrating data into key people decisions. The Lead, Business Intelligence Solutions serves as a subject matter expert (SME) across application capabilities recommending analytic solutions that take advantage of visualization tools and techniques to provide insights throughout the employee journey. Focus of this role will be on data preparation, visualization & storytelling, and combining industry best practices with organizational insights. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics / modeling techniques and experience working across a variety of data sources.

What You’ll Do
Subject matter expert in analytics platform & usage in solving retail/wholesale challenges by connecting the dots on business needs to innovative analytic solutions- Lead the review of intake for new requests and enhancements, collaborating with POD team (Product Manager/Owner, BA’s) to understand the business problem or opportunity
- Design / recommend appropriate analytic solutions that take advantage of platform capability and considers impact on performance, scalability, and future development opportunities
- Research and investigate (“try quickly, fail fast”) strategic opportunities to integrate new features to the Product that expand the capabilities we offer and help drive analytical maturity across PVH. Not limited to Product feature enhancements but should include 3rd party connectors and API’s
- Lead and manage solution definition and outcomes with offshore PVH team as well as consulting partners
- Assess new requests and provide accurate assessment of effort and impact, assign work accordingly based on resource availability and skillset appropriateness
- Oversee the creation of a lab concept that quickly assesses new features, providing the Product team and end users with a working concept allowing quicker speed to market and expectation of deployment
- Own and operate the full suite of Web and Mobile solutions deployed to end users, monitoring usage, performance, and adoption. Prepare a quarterly Health Assessment of each feature, exposing end of life opportunities and recommendations for investment
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- 8+ years’ MicroStrategy experience delivering self-service analytics, insights, KPIs and metrics in a BI or related role (Reporting, Analytics, Statistics, etc.)
- 3+ years’ experience in quantitative role in data, reporting, and analytical problem solving
- 5+ years’ experience writing complex SQL queries to drive analysis and insights
- Production level experience working with MicroStrategy
- Strong client-facing written and oral communications skills
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Self-driven individual with a bias for action and a passion for analytics
- Adept at data prep, data modeling and data visualization
Education:
- An undergraduate degree in technology, information systems, data analytics or equivalent degree
Skills:
- Cloud Environment: Microsoft Azure preferred, AWS/GCP accepted
- Data Management: Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, Mulesoft, Synapse, Delta Lake,
- BI & Visualization (Semantic Layer): MicroStrategy required
- Programming/Scripting: Python, “R”, Jupyter Notebook
- Ability to use core analytical methods in developing solutions and design of experiments
