L&D - Registered Nurse (PD)

Responsibilities: The staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environments, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration.Qualifications:

• Current California RN License
• Current Basic Life Support Level C (Healthcare Provider) certification.
• NRP, ACLS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate Fetal Monitoring accepted with Advanced Fetal Monitoring to be completed within 6 months of employment) required.
• Required certifications within 90 days of employment: Blood Glucose.
• Baby Friendly 15 hour class & 5 hour clinical training.
