Position Title: Laundry Tech Department:
Central Laundry Location: Dalhart Salary Class: Hourly
Title of Supervisor: Warehouse Manager
Purpose & Scope: Maintain a high level of biosecurity, while processing the daily laundry needs of the farm.

Principle Responsibilities: Functions may include, but are not limited to:• Follow all safety measures put in place.• Sort through the dirty laundry for foreign objects.• Put the dirty laundry in the washers. • Steam mop the designated areas once washers are loaded• Put clean laundry in the dryers• Fold all of the laundry and put in coordinating bags for sites. • Load the laundry into the van• Maintain all of the paperwork that is needed for daily reporting• Clean workspace daily• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.•

Travel: None Preferred Qualifications:• 1+ years’ laundry experience
Requirements: • Previous experience leading and coaching a team • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions• Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.• Ability to lift more than 50lbs regularly• Ability to stand long hours• Strong communication and listening skills• Bilingual required• Problem Solving • Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Familiarity with Bio-Security and swine production•
