Lash Technician

Pelo Salonspa is looking for passionate and creative people to join our team. In this position our artists will specialize in providing lash application, lash removal and may have the option to provide other specialized services based on their training and experience. This position requires outstanding customer service to our guests while maintaining professional language and appearance that follow Pelo Salon's service standards. This position will entail an in-depth knowledge of services and products in order to suit the needs of our guests. Continued training is available and required.

Daily Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Must maintain a professional demeanor, language and attire (including following dress code with professional looking hair and makeup).
• Always goes above and beyond to demonstrate exceptional customer service with guests.
• Perform thorough and accurate services and consultations to determine the needs and wants of the guest.
• Be a trusted and knowledgeable resource to each guest. Demonstrate how to recreate and achieve the salon look at home with the proper tools and appropriate products available for retail sale in the salon.
• Keep individual work stations clean and organized. Sanitize any tools(scissors, combs, etc.) used after each service.
• Cleaning and upkeep duties of salon as assigned by Salon Management.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• An active cosmetology, Esthetician or Lash technician license in the state of Minnesota.
• Flexible availability includes nights and weekends
• Able to work and thrive as a salon team in a respectful, productive and uplifting way
• Meet Continued education credit requirements that will further hone and develop new coloring and styling techniques.

Job Type:

Full-time - 32 to 40 hours a week

Part-time - 24 to 30 hours a week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
