Landscape Manager

Presently we are looking for a manager to oversee our landscape design & implementation efforts. Requirements

• Work with various team members to review, plan and execute horticultural design of large-scale construction projects
• Work with trade partners and stakeholders to source and contract for horticultural elements for various environments
• Develop and implement plans to maintain and turn over projects to the owner and stakeholders in timely manner
• Work collaboratively with the company’s leadership, administration, field employees, and clientele to enhance corporate and horticultural strategy while maintaining a culture of innovation
• Enjoys being a part of a team-based culture with the opportunity to advance their technical expertise, organizational leadership skills, and grow within the organization

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of direct experience with sustainable building, horticulture, green roof / landscape design and maintenance and sourcing and procurement of materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the building industry
• Field supervision and project management and experience
