Snow Creek Landscape is looking for experienced individuals to join our team of amazing landscapers. Starting pay at $15.00 an hour, experience encourage, will train the right individual with no experience.
Variety of different work schedules:
- Monday - Friday (depending on weather, this job needs flexibility). *Saturdays optional. Day Shift only
- Tuesday - Saturday (depending on weather, this job needs flexibility). *Mondays optional. Day Shift only.

This is a full time, year-round position that requires the following:
- Prepare, install and clean up landscape enhancement projects, as well as be able to be flexible with outdoor landscape tasks
- Work and communicate with our Landscape Crew Leaders, Supervisors and Project Representatives on the progress of job and projects
- Install all material according to the overall plan design
- Able to follow directions verbally and written
- Assist in projects on each job, such as hardscape and seasonal work (pavers, water features, patios, walls, etc.) with the supervision of a crew leader
- Able to create a safe and clean work environment

- loading/unloading of trucks with equipment and plants

- Inspecting and cleaning vehicles
- Complete weeding, watering, pruning, perennial care, & IPM implementation to ensure landscapes are healthy and aesthetically pleasing
- Feed plant material with appropriate products, according to needs.
- Utilize pruning equipment to remove dead or excess branches, shrubs & trees.
- Complete maintenance activities for trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and other grounds features.
- Remove invasive and unwanted plants through the planned use of herbicide application and other recognized means.
- Communicate job needs and progress to supervisor daily.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely secured for transport, storage and on job sites, as well as cleaned.
- Optional participate in snow removal processes.
- Complete time sheets daily to ensure payroll is submitted timely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records for time spent and materials utilized.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment; keep secure and orderly on job sites.
- Clear worksites of excess trash and debris before departing
6 months or more of Landscape experience, desired, open to training the right someone with no experience.- HS diploma or GED, preferred
