Pay
Starting $18.92-$20.50 per hour BOE

Landscape Supervisor

Job purpose
Deliver landscape materials and equipment to job sites across Colorado Springs safely and effectively

Duties and responsibilities
Drive a truck and trailer in a safe and responsible manner proficiently.
Monitor and report any mechanical issues in truck or trailer and perform morning safety inspection.
Learn and recognize different landscape materials used on projects.
Maintain positive and friendly relationship with suppliers and vendors.
Follow all traffic laws.
Help and support job foreman onsite when deliveries aren't needed. This includes manual labor.
Become familiar with roads and traffic patterns for effective route planning.
Safely securing materials and equipment (skid steer/trencher/dingo etc) for transport to and from job sites.

Follow the delivery schedule in a timely fashion and communicate to the foremen changes and delays.

Safely operate equipment (wheel loader or skid steer) to load or unload material.


Specific job details

No CDL License needed with the truck/trailer combinations we have.
A commitment to full working hours (40-45 hrs/week) throughout the
summer season is required for this position.
Supplemental hours in the winter as a snow plow driver.
The Landscape Delivery Driver is allowed 6 non-consecutive working
days off (48 working hours) during the May-October season. These
days are not paid.
Other job tasks as required or assigned.

This position includes the following:

  • Some flexibility during the summer months, more during the winter.
  • Up to a $1000 season end bonus, contingent on still being with the company on October 31, 2022
  • 3 paid holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day)
  • A monthly stipend of $20 for personal phone usage expenses (dispersed in $10 increments each bi-weekly paycheck)
  • This position does not include additional paid time off or additional benefits beyond those described herein
