Laborer

Job purpose

·The primary purpose of our company is to provide a WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE to our homebuyers and homeowners. The laborer is responsible for the cleanliness of both the homes and communities. You will be held responsible for the cleanliness of the construction site on all assigned homes, inside and outside. Depending on how the city and communities are arranged, you can be responsible for maintaining the model home landscaping. If time permits, you will be asked to assist in checking-in material deliveries, inspections, and finagling out the home. However, your primary purpose is the cleanliness of both the homesite and community(s) in which we are responsible for.

Duties and responsibilities

• Cleanliness of the jobsites
• Homes will maintain a clean presentation throughout the entire construction process
• Sweep the interior of the home
• Organize material stored inside the home
• Power-wash flatwork and garage floors
• Exterior of the home will remain free of unnecessary debris and trash
• Cleanliness of the community
• Pick up trash around the community
• Remove weeds when necessary
• Maintain community signage
• Sweep street gutters when needed to adhere to specific development standards
• Punch-out of homes
• As directed, aid the Lead Builder or Assistant Builder in performing punch-out items in the home
• Checking-in material
• As directed, aid the Lead Builder or Assistant Builder in material check-ins
• Material Deliveries and Returns
• As directed, aid the Lead Builder or Assistant Builder in obtaining material or returning unneeded/damaged material

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
