Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to use basic hand tools including jackhammers, picks, shovels, and brooms.
- Perform minor maintenance to repair and maintain the plant.
- Provide support to production and maintenance, and other groups in the quarry as needed to support MSHA regulations.
- Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in aggregate plant or construction industry preferred.
- Preferred knowledge of MSHA regulations.
- Some experience performing basic maintenance on equipment is ideal.
- Able to work in a hot, dusty, and loud environment.
- Ability to lift 50lb
