Laborer For Window Cleaner Support

Most of the work occurs outdoors, where you’ll be cleaning and calking windows of commercial buildings. We specialize in servicing mid-rise and high-rise building, to include Colorado’s most iconic skyscrapers. Most days you will work with at least one other crew member. We need employees to help our High-Rise Window Cleaners with elements of the job that does not require working from the side of the building. The job will require you to work on the rood and ground to help complete the window cleaning efforts of the team.

Key Responsibilities: WE WILL TRAIN!

• Do all things with safety in mind first, and expect the same from fellow crew members. Attend all safety meetings.
• Prepare your equipment and tools in accordance with the job for that day. Ensure fellow crew members have completed prep as needed.
• Drive company trucks and pull trailers to and from work sites. CDL is a plus.
• Perform cleaning jobs in a safe, swift, and quality minded manner.
• Inspect all work, ensuring work is fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction and Bob Popp Standards.
• Upon completion of jobs, you will complete job related paperwork and submit to the office, inspect your equipment for maintenance issues and communicate those to the maintenance shop.
• Respectfully and clearly communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members.
• You aren’t satisfied with average performance. Our customers expect the best from Bob Popp, so we expect your best each and every day.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Current & valid driver’s license is required.
• Confident working at heights.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solver: able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.
• Well-spoken, great attendance, and reliable.
• Able to lift 80 lbs.
• Team leadership experience a plus.
