Laboratory Associate

Piper Clinical Solutions is currently seeking a Laboratory Associate in the area of Baltimore, MD. The Laboratory Associate will be responsible for a biotechnology company focused on the treatment of cancer, infectious and autoimmune diseases.

Responsibilities for the Laboratory Associate:

• 
  Assist in Quality Control (QC) testing of investigational immunotherapies under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Utilize laboratory equipment such as ELISA reader, ELISA washer, pH meter, laminar flow hood, cell harvester, etc
• Ability to pipet small volumes with pipet accurately
• Produce clear and concise scientific documents
• Maintain and file all necessary data records

Qualifications for the Laboratory Associate:

• 
  Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or related field
• 0 (zero) to 2 (two) years of relevant experience (ELISA testing, biological assay development, up-keep of laboratory records, GMP, basic laboratory research, process and product development)

Compensation for the Laboratory Associate:

• 
  Salary Range: $15-$17 (based on relevant experience)
