Kitchen Team Member

At Chick-fil-A on Walden, our mission is to the most caring company in the world. We do this in a variety of ways, but the heart of our business is in our kitchen! As a kitchen team member, you will be asked to work with urgency, prepare food with care, and work with your team to create the most caring company in the world. You will be challenged to care for guests by hand breading chicken, assembling sandwiches, and utilizing pressure fryers and automatic grills to cook food to Chick-fil-A quality standards. Working with your kitchen team and the front of house team, you will ensure each guest leaves our restaurant feeling personally cared for.

Chick-fil-A on Walden is a family environment and as such, no foul language is permitted. Additionally, males are required to shave any beards, keeping only a well groomed mustache (if desired).

• able to work on your feet for 8-10 hours
• able to lift 30+ pounds without assistance
• over age of 18 (equipment laws) and full-time available
