Job Description
Kitchen Supervisor: The Kitchen Supervisor creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Cooking of food, busing tables, cleaning dishes, training staff, ensuring Hyatt quality standards, greeting guests, ordering for hotel, ect. Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Job Requirements:
- Motivates and directs staff members daily.
- Orders food for hotel and ensures accuracy.
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained.
- Establishes controls to minimize food and supply waste and theft.
- Follows and directs standards for presentation of food for all dining room menus.
- Follows Hyatt standards for food preparation and ensures F&B staff are following standards as well.
- Trains and evaluates F&B staff
- Evaluates food products to assure that quality standards are consistently maintained.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $12.50 per hour
Schedule:

Experience:
- Culinary Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
