Job Description
Our kitchen can be fast paced at times due to preparing every order as they come in. Candidates must have strong communication and teamwork skills with other employees on the line to ensure every order is completed correctly and in a timely manor.
- Weighing seafood in specific portions
- Cooking various types of seafood
- Learn how to properly season/sauce seafood to customers request
- Knowledge of fryer and ensuring orders are cooked properly
- Work as a team to complete customers orders
- Replenishing work stations when seafood or other items become low
- Adhere to food safety regulations
- Opening preparation, closing and cleaning duties
Must have open availability and able to work weekends and holidays!!!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
