We are looking for dedicated, organized Kitchen Houseman/Dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. • Assisting in the housekeeping of the kitchen area.
• Cleaning all areas of the kitchen space as necessary.
• Helping in other job duties in the kitchen when needed.
• Handles equipment with care, maintains a clean storage area, and ensures all equipment is in good repair.
• Completes maintenance requests as needed for items, which need repair.
• Is able to carry and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Has a thorough knowledge of Food Sanitation procedures and follows all key control procedures.
• Wears proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of personal appearance guidelines.
• Performs all other duties deemed necessary by management.
