Camp Bow Wow® provides a fun, safe and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention! Camp Bow Wow is a premier doggy day care and overnight boarding facility. We are looking to hire fun, energetic, hardworking people who LOVE dogs!

Camp Counselors support daily operations by overseeing the interactive behaviors of day care and overnight Campers and by maintaining a clean and safe facility. Full time and part time positions are available! We are open 365 days a year so availability on weekends and holidays is a must.

About the Job:

Camp Counselors assist with animal care, heavy cleaning and play yard monitoring.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor dogs in play yard.
• Maintaining a clean environment.
• Feeding, cleaning cabins, lifting heavy items.
• Constantly walking and interacting with dogs and team members.
• Maintaining a safe environment!
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Checking in and out dogs.
• Be active and attentive to dogs and pet parents at all times.

Essential Skills:

• Extremely energetic, outgoing, upbeat with a positive personality.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills!
• MUST LOVE DOGS - the noise, the hair, the messes, the love, and the smiles!

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years or older.
• Be able to lift dog food and supplies.
• Constantly walk and/or stand entire shift.

• Camp Manager

Availability:

Must be able to work flexible schedule – Camp is open 7 days/week, so weekends and holidays are required but time off is permitted with advance notice. Available 6:15 am to 7:30 pm any day of the week.

Full time/Part time Shifts Opening 6:15 am to 11:30am/2:30pm or Closing 11:00am/2:00pm to 7:30pm

Starting Wage:

• $7.50/hour during training then $8.00/hour after training is complete with another raise at 90 days after online CPR/First Aid training completed.
• Tip Pooling Program available for team which averages an additional $1.50-$2.50 per hour extra to the hourly pay
