Junior Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Knoxville, TN

Body Back Company (“BBC”) is a leading player in the massage tools product category. BBC designs, produces and is a 3rd party seller through on-line platforms including Amazon, Walmart and bodyback.com.

This position will be working with the Supply Chain Analyst in overseeing production in Knoxville and sourcing the rest of our product offering from Asian vendors. In addition, the Junior Supply Chain Analyst will be handing the day-to-day work in the warehouse and FBA fulfillment of Amazon, Retail, Wholesale, and Walmart orders and handling customer service requests/questions with underlying staff.

Qualifications

· Wants to work for a small local Knoxville business with a family like work environment.

· Ideally has at least 2 years working experience in supply chain operations and understands the day-to-day flow of operations in a warehouse.

· Has working knowledge of production planning, placing purchase orders, and planning weekly shipments.

· Must be a to lift 50 pounds boxes daily.

· Must be able to drive a 26-feet box truck once every 2 months.

· Ideally is vaccinated.

· Has spreadsheet skills and ability to work in either Microsoft Office or Google documents.

· Has good customer service skills.

· Has a graduate with BA/BS or 2-year degree in Supply Chain management or similar is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities

· Work with Supply Analyst in manage ordering and tracking inventory from vendors and shipping to all marketplaces including Amazon US, Canada, and Europe

o Assist in fulfilling FBA Shipping plan for all marketplaces

o Assist in orders with Vendors for FBA and Company’s warehouse

· Work with Supply Analyst in monitoring product inventory on all Amazon ASINs at Company’s warehouse, Vendor and Amazon

· Take the lead on keeping day to day warehouse responsibilities including organizing, receiving and stocking shelves.

· Take the lead on prepacking inventory for Amazon and holiday needs with the packer.

· Perform and oversee monthly inventory counts with the packer.

· Take the lead on fulfilling daily Retail, Wholesale and Walmart orders with the packer.

· Handles daily Customer Service needs and monthly packing supply needs.
