Junior Sales Assistant

HAYDEN LOS ANGELES, based in Los Angeles, California, is a fast-growing women’s and tweens’ fashion wholesale apparel company. We are looking for a junior e-commerce apparel sales representative to join our fast-growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with buyers across multiple platforms
• Maintain high level of customer service and sales
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
• Create line sheets for clients
• Order processing & Invoicing
• Sampling and preparation for tradeshows

Skills:

• 6 months ~ 1 year of e-commerce wholesale apparel sales experience preferred
• Experience in customer service (1-2 years preferred)
• Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and time-management
• Proficient in Outlook & Microsoft Office
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
