We have an opportunity for a junior organizational change management analyst with experience in organizational design, change management, and workforce readiness analysis.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Support organizational readiness activities for new system implementation project
- Provide subject matter advisory around workforce planning and human capital strategies.
- Assist in organizational design and position realignment.
- Develop executive briefings
- Update position descriptions and employee performance plans
- Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops to drive decisions
- Document the decisions for implementation.
- Prepare end users and leaders of operational impacts and changes to positions. Communicating changes across varying audiences.
- Conduct business realignment and workload analysis
Required Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in related field
- Minimum 1 years of relevant human capital or workforce planning experience in the federal management consulting field
- Big 4 consulting experience is preferred
- Very strong and demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Genuine desire to learn
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a government clearance
